Dan Aldridge
CEO
Dan has been an Infor ERP LN and Baan consultant since 1996. He began his career with Baan Consulting in 1996 and was trained in the Netherlands at the Baan Business IT Schools (aka, BBITS). Dan left Baan in 1999 to pursue an opportunity as an independent consultant, eventually founding Performa Apps in 2003. With Performa Apps he has worked as Principal Consultant and LN Project Manager. He has collaborated with Infor PSO on a number of successful Infor ERP LN projects and continues to be involved with a number of implementations that are being done by Performa Apps consultants. Currently he is focused on business development and growing Performa Apps’s relationship as an Infor Channel Partner. Dan’s deep ERP LN product expertise and business background will continue to be an asset for the company going forward.
Doug Stroud
Principal Consultant
Doug has been a manufacturing consultant for over 30 years and worked exclusively implementing the Baan ERP system since 1994. He has worked in a number of capacities including Logistics Implementation Specialist, Project Manager, and Training Specialist. He has been working exclusively on Infor ERP LN implementation projects since 2005. Although his specialty is LN Logistics, Doug understands how to use the Dynamic Enterprise Modeler (DEM) and Infor Express templates to quickly develop LN business models. He also knows numerous Infor add-on solutions such as Infor Barcoding (aka, Bridgelogix). Doug’s extensive business background with manufacturing companies and deep LN product knowledge combine to make him an excellent solution architect.
Robin Harshbarger
Project Manager
Robin led her first ERP implementation in 1987, and has managed ERP implementations as a user and a consultant for global manufacturing companies. She led her first Baan implementation in 1998 as a Program Manager for a global manufacturer of consumer electronics.
Robin is skilled in all phases of ERP project implementation: inception, team building, current/future state definition, requirements development, package selection, project planning and management, change management, training, and transition.
Robin has over 25 years of management experience, including executive experience in general management, IT, R&D, and Product Support. She’s an integrator, team builder and problem solver.
In addition, she is certified in production and inventory management (CPIM) and integrated resource management (CIRM) from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) and received her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Tim Aldridge
Web Developer/ Visual Designer
In addition to his experience in Marketing/PR, Tim has been trained in advertising design, graphic design, film/multimedia, web design/development, and IT. Needless to say, this makes him a handy fellow to have around at Performa Apps. Comfortable with his geek side, he enjoys embracing the latest technology and tools to accomplish the marketing/media projects at hand. Tim sees social media content as a valuable tool in the marketing/PR mix and is always on the look out for fresh new ways to get the message out.
